Dried Veggie Cheese Roll
3-8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup dried tomatoes
1/2 cup dried peppers (choose mild)
1/2 cup dried onion bits
Chop all dried ingredients into finely minced bits.
Blend all ingredients, wrap cheese ball in plastic, refrigerate for 24 hours to soften dried ingredients.
Cheese ball may be placed in an air tight bowl or rolled in nuts.
