Spicy Penwheels

Ingredients:

Five large tortillas warmed

1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 6 oz can diced green peppers drained
1 TBSP minced onion
1 TSP Garlic Powder

Procedure:

Blend filling and spread over a warm tortillas. Roll tightly and slice in 1/4 inch slices with a SHARP knife.

Makes a colorful and creative addition to a vegetable party tray.

Great appetizer.
