Veggie Dip
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 - 8 oz plain yogurt
1/2 cup grated cheese (any kind)
1/4 cup fresh green onion - minced
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp fresh finely chopped thyme
1/2 tsp fresh finely chopped rosemary
Blend cheeses and yogurt til smooth - add veggies, blend and chill to blend flavors. Serve with a mixture of veggies;
broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peppers, onion, mushrooms. This dip is also delicious with bread chunks or meats.
