Filled Black Olives
Ingredients:
2 Large Cans Jumbo Black Olives - Pitted 1 - 3 oz package cream cheese 1 - TBSP Minced onion 1/2 tsp garlic
powder 1 - TBSP finely minced parsley (fresh is best) 1 - TBSP finely chopped pimento 1/2 cup sour cream
Procedure:
Drain Black olives, pat dry with paper toweling and set aside. Mix filling ingredients and put in pastry tube, squeeze
into each black olive and place on a tray of lettuce. Garnish with twists of red and yellow pepper.
Makes a colorful and creative addition to a vegetable party tray.
Great appetizer served with crackers and fresh veggies.
